Below are pictures from our recent project in Strafford, MO.

This Home is an old farm house built around the 1920's and in need of a major face lift. In
remodeling this home we are wanting to maintain as much of the homes original character as
possible. This desire leads to the use of special trim around the windows and corners along
with prairie grids instead of colonial in the windows.
     Before Pictures
For this remodeling project we used the Mastic Quest Siding panel. We did this
for 2 reasons. 1)This being an older house, the walls had more irregularities and
we did not want that to affect the way the siding would lay on the wall. 2) Quest
is available in 16' panels allowing for a virtually seamless installation. The special
trim we mentioned is the wide (3 1/2") trim around the windows, corners and
doors. This maintains the 1x4 trim look that houses built during the period were
often built with. We also re-used the stained glass upper sash on the 3 windows
to help maintain the character of this old house.
House located in Crocker - originally built in 1920's

This house is located in Richland and
was added on to numerous times.
This house had a big surprise for us
and the owner.  Look what we found
when we stripped off the masonite
siding.
Here are photos of the repair
and what we do to make sure
this doesn't happen.
